Vegetative propagation of plus trees: supply of rootstocks and grafting

Summary

The tender covers the supply of 1,820 rootstocks and on-site grafting to propagate selected plus trees of pedunculate oak, sweet chestnut and Norway maple. The supplier must deliver 1,520 oak, 260 chestnut and 40 maple rootstocks to Graupa by 14 December 2026 and graft the cuttings provided by the contracting authority in February or March 2027. Rootstocks must be 1–3 years old, approximately 1 cm in root-collar diameter and 50–80 cm tall; they must be delivered in suitable pots with soil around the root ball, not bare-root. The work includes 1,820 grafts in total, with each plant labelled for unambiguous identification. Price is the sole award criterion. Offers are due by 9:00 on 13 October 2026. The bidder must provide at least one reference for comparable work unless it has already performed equivalent work for Sachsenforst.
