Leasing of a Digital Color Production Printing System

Summary

The tender is for leasing a digital colour production printing system for the Paderborn District print shop, including a print controller, scanner, paper-feed and finishing modules, and full-service maintenance. The initial contract term is 36 months, with a one-time 12-month extension option for the contracting authority. Monochrome and colour click charges must be based on actual consumption, with no minimum purchase commitment. The response time may not exceed four hours during service hours, Monday to Friday, 07:30–16:00, excluding public holidays in North Rhine-Westphalia. The offer must include a suitability declaration, an exclusion-grounds declaration, a current commercial-register extract, proof of manufacturer authorisation or equivalent, the completed technical specification, price sheet, draft full-service agreement and layout plan.
