Summary

The procurement covers two 65–110 GHz frequency extensions for an existing vector network analyser and one 75–110 GHz waveguide calibration kit. The extensions must work with the existing Rohde & Schwarz ZNA 67 analyser, enable two-port S-parameter measurements from 65 to 110 GHz, and help provide overall system coverage from 10 MHz to 170 GHz together with the existing ZNA 67 and ZC 170. Required features include compatibility with MPI MP80INT2-WR-THZ wafer-prober holders, 12 dBm output power and a 120 dB dynamic range at 75–110 GHz, and maximum power consumption of 16 W. The supplier must integrate the equipment with the existing measurement system, including the necessary hardware and software changes, demonstrate performance in an acceptance test, and provide user training in Cottbus for up to five participants. The offer must state the manufacturer’s part number, price and binding delivery time in whole weeks. Price accounts for 45% of the evaluation and technical performance for 55%; lower minimum and higher maximum operating temperatures receive better scores. Bidders must submit a company profile, turnover figures for 2022, 2023 and 2024 and, if available, 2025, as well as at least three references for comparable projects from 2023 or later. A completed technical details table and signed declarations concerning exclusion grounds, Russia-related restrictions and export classification are required. If additional bidder information has been issued during the procedure, a signed acknowledgement must also be submitted.
