Advisory services to prepare a tender for a private-sector-led electrification model in Chad

Summary

This procurement seeks advisory services to develop a private-sector-participation electrification model for the Chadian towns of Kelo and Pala and to prepare the operator-selection tender for two mini-grids. The work includes socioeconomic and energy-demand analysis, electricity-load profiling, technical and economic design of renewable-energy-based hybrid power systems, investment and operating cost estimates, financial modelling, and legal and market analysis.
