Summary

The procurement is for a new computer-controlled UV-Vis spectrophotometer for the Technical Microbiology laboratory at BTU Cottbus-Senftenberg, together with a Peltier cuvette changer with at least six sample positions, temperature control, stirring, and control and analysis software. The system must support spectral, quantitative and kinetic measurements of liquid samples, including automated temperature-dependent measurements of up to six samples and a separate reference position. The supplier must deliver and install the equipment, commission it, carry out a documented functional test and train users. The offer must meet the mandatory technical specifications; failure to meet any requirement marked as an exclusion criterion will result in rejection. Other technical features are scored, up to a maximum of 700 performance points. The submission deadline is 12 October 2026 at 12:00; delivery is required as soon as possible after contract award. The offer, including its price, technical details, a declaration concerning national exclusion grounds and the signed agreement to comply with Brandenburg law, must be submitted in German electronically using the bidder tool on the Brandenburg procurement portal. Alternative offers are not permitted.
