Supply of winter gritting materials

Summary

The procurement is for winter 2026/2027 supplies of anti-slip materials for 14 Landkreis Havelland locations: 1,242 25 kg buckets of de-icing granules and 320 40-litre bags of expanded shale. Delivery, including transport, tolls and packaging, must be made to the area behind the first door at each site by 1 December 2026. Failure to guarantee delivery by that date leads to exclusion. The de-icing granules must be sodium-chloride-free and calcium-chloride-based, work down to at least –30°C, be spreadable by spreading vehicles, hygroscopic and resistant to clumping, with an approximate flake content of 77/80% (±3%). The expanded shale must have a grain size of 1.0–5.0 mm and a bulk density of approximately 660 kg/m³ (±5%), be environmentally friendly and free of chemical additives, and resist clumping during long storage or frost. Product data sheets for both items must be submitted with the offer. The contract is not divided into lots, and alternative offers are not permitted. The offer must include the completed price schedule, offer letter and agreement to comply with Brandenburg’s minimum requirements. It must be in German and quote net prices in euros. The submission deadline is 20 October 2026 at 11:00; the deadline for questions is 13 October 2026. Bidders must provide company details, confirmation of professional authorisation, an insurance declaration and at least two comparable references from the past three years. Once minimum requirements and the required documents have been checked, price is the only award criterion, and the lowest-priced compliant offer will be selected.
