Planning for the Technical Optimisation of Main Pumping Station PW1

Summary

The procurement concerns planning to technically optimise the main wastewater pumping station PW1 and renew its pumps and pipework in Panketal. The designer must offer structural engineering design and specialist building-services design for HOAI service phases 1–8. The initial commission is for preliminary design. Once it is approved and the project’s financing has been checked, the contracting authority may commission detailed and permit design, including a comparison of options and obtaining the necessary approvals. Later phases will be commissioned as the project progresses. The award criteria are the tender fee (50%), hourly rates (16%), cost planning (8%), scheduling (8%), personnel concept (8%) and presentation (10%). The contract is not divided into lots, and variants are permitted. The deadline for bids is 26 October 2026 at 10:00; bids must remain valid until 1 February 2027.
