Supply of Certified Native Plants in Pots 2026

Summary

The contracting authority is purchasing approximately 7,350 certified native perennial plants of nine species for nature-conservation projects in Schleswig-Holstein. The plants must be grown in pots for planting in the open landscape and delivered between 20 and 30 October 2026 at a date agreed with the authority, taking the plants’ condition into account. The procurement has ten separate lots, and suppliers may bid for one or more lots; Alchemilla micans is split into separate lots for 9 cm pots and quick pots. The quantities are: Alchemilla micans, 500 plants in 9 cm pots and 500 in quick pots; Alchemilla subcrenata, 550; A. vulgaris, 700; and A. xanthochlora, 600, all in 9 cm pots; Campanula glomerata, 1,000; Helichrysum arenarium, 500; Lithospermum officinale, 1,000; and Sanguisorba minor ssp. minor, 1,000, all in 9 cm pots; and Nardus stricta, 1,000 in quick pots. A supplier may offer a smaller quantity and may bid for individual lots. Plants must be certified, organically produced, of local provenance and hardened outdoors. Bidders must submit the required certificates and completed, signed offer and price schedule. Offers must be in German and submitted through the designated procurement portal by 16 October 2026 at 11:00. For each lot, the compliant offer with the lowest price will be selected; the authority may reject prices considered unreasonably high or low.
