Sponge City Concept for the Allende District in Bautzen

The procurement is for preparing a sponge city concept for the Allende district in Bautzen. The work includes analysing local conditions through site visits and a review of data and plans held by the city and other authorities, with particular attention to topography and soil conditions. The study must assess whether buildings and areas can be fully or partly disconnected from the existing public stormwater system, and identify opportunities to depave oversized road and square areas and introduce decentralised stormwater management.
