Scaffolding works – House 2

Summary

The tender concerns scaffolding works for renovation and energy efficiency improvement of a residential building at Morsering 14-18, Munich (House 2). Scope includes erection and dismantling of scaffolding, access for roof and stairwell areas, facade scaffolding for WDVS, windows and roof works, protective roofs and foil, and coordination with ongoing construction and living operations. Special safety, dust and noise controls and adherence to BNB sustainability criteria are required. The building is approximately 76.7 m long, five stories high with a ridge height of about 13.8 m. Work is planned to run across several phases with durations such as around 47 weeks for roof scaffolding and about 17 weeks for stairwell access, among others.
