Planning of Königstraße Remscheid in Phases 1–6, including bicycle traffic

Summary

The tender concerns planning services for Königstraße Remscheid, covering Phases 1–6 (with special services). The bidder must offer all phases under HOAI 2021. The estimated eligible cost is 2,475,610 EUR net. If some services are offered as hourly or ad hoc, a realistic effort estimate must be provided for comparability. In this procedure Phases 1–6 will be awarded to a single office; further phases will be carried out by Technische Betriebe Remscheid. All phases are allocated under HOAI 2021 §48 Abs. 1. Special services include 1) creation of a Leitungsbestandsplan during Phases 1–2 and 2) a Coordinated Leitungsplan with project proposals during Phase 3, including data gathering, coordination with providers, CAD integration of plan data, mapping of routes for end state and presentation in plan drawings and sections as necessary.
