Integrated mobility concept for Kreis Heinsberg

Summary

This tender concerns the development of an integrated mobility concept for Kreis Heinsberg. The contractor will perform baseline assessment (D1), context and potential analysis (D2), develop a Leitbild and a target network (D3) and create a measures catalogue (D4), as well as manage coordination and stakeholder involvement (D5). In addition, a Kurzkonzept (short concept) with a schedule and milestones must be provided. The award will be based on two main criteria: price (70%) and Kurzkonzept (30%), with sub-scores I Content (15%) and II Strategy and Methodology (15%).
