Additional works in road and bridge construction contracts

Summary

This tender concerns post-contractual cost adjustments in the execution of road and bridge construction contracts. The award criteria are price (40%) and the technical qualifications of the project manager (60%). Bidders must provide qualification evidence including the company’s average net turnover of at least EUR 1,000,000 per year over the last three completed financial years in the scope of this contract, at least two technical specialists with a degree in civil engineering or equivalent and at least five years of professional experience (with certificates and CVs), an average of four qualified staff in the relevant field in the last three years, and the required technical equipment (Microsoft Office or compatible systems; iTWO-compatible AVA software including STLK and GAEB certificate). In addition, bidders must provide at least two references from comparable large projects (the two best references will be included in scoring) and comply with obligations under Tarifpflicht/Gesetz (Verpflichtungsgesetz) and other related tender documents.
