Supply of clothing for the professional fire brigade in Halle (Saale)

Summary

The procurement covers the supply of clothing and protective equipment for the professional fire brigade of the City of Halle, divided into 11 lots: operational jackets and trousers, safety shoes and firefighting boots, technical-assistance and firefighting gloves, firefighting outerwear, T-shirts, fleece jackets and flame-protection hoods. Products must meet the technical specification and standards for the relevant lot. Equivalent products are permitted where their compliance is supported by documents. For several lots, the tender must include a sample, the required product details, certificates or other evidence, and care instructions. For textiles sourced or manufactured in a country on the DAC list of developing countries, independent evidence of compliance with the ILO core labour standards is required; a bidder's own declaration or code of conduct is not sufficient. The tender must be submitted in German, electronically through the City of Halle procurement portal, using the prescribed forms.
