Roof covering works

Summary

The tender concerns roof renovation works at the joint building of the Waterways and Shipping Administration Donau MDK (WSA) in Nürnberg, Marientorgraben 1, 90402 Nürnberg. The single-storey annex with a hip roof will have its existing brick roofing (Ziegeleindeckung) of about 325 m2 demolished and disposed of, along with battens. The new roof will be installed with Biberschwanz tiles including the required battens. A scaffold will be provided on-site. The bid period is four weeks from publication (24.09.2026), with completion of works by 17.12.2026.
