Construction of temporary housing containers

Summary

The tender concerns the modular construction of a temporary housing container complex at Truppenübungsplatz Hohenfels to provide temporary accommodation during planned renovations. The project includes a two-storey container complex with 26 individual rooms, 13 sanitary facilities for two people, a common living area, kitchenette and utility room on each floor, two staircases, corridors and three technical/utility rooms. Foundations are reinforced concrete strip, and the modules use a system steel skeleton and steel frame. Interiors feature linoleum/vinyl flooring and plastic panels. The project covers electrical, communications, water and wastewater systems and safety systems such as fire alarm and sprinklers. Preparation includes dismantling an existing basketball court. The work is intended to provide temporary housing and will be removed when no longer needed.
