Summary

The procurement concerns renovation and reconstruction of the SEA building, including shell construction works. The scope includes 250 m2 external scaffolding and 110 m2 internal scaffolding, closing or creating door and window openings, closing ceiling openings, 1,120 m2 plastering and finishing works, core drilling and openings, closing existing core holes/openings, reinforced concrete works, steel construction and supports/beams, plastering, and screed works as part of the SEA building renovation and shell construction works.
