Painting works

Summary

This procurement concerns painting and finishing works for the A26 building BA3 in Potsdam, a historic structure under conservation. The contractor will perform interior and exterior painting of walls, ceilings, wood elements (stairs, doors, windows, balustrades) and facade finishing, including preparatory work, protection measures and coordination with conservation requirements. Work will be carried out in three separate construction stages (BA1–BA3) in an active building. Start is planned for February/March 2027; the exact schedule will be defined in the tender documents. Requirements include demonstrated financial capability, prior experience in historic restoration, a qualified project manager and team, compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and provision of references and necessary documents on request.
