Summary

The tender concerns the provision of occupational medicine services for Westküstenkliniken Brunsbüttel and Heide gGmbH and its subsidiaries, starting 1 January 2027, in accordance with DGUV Regulation 2 and ASiG. The initial contract duration is 24 months from takeover, with a possible extension of 18 months. The bidder must provide evidence of compliance, including at least two references across multiple sites (one reference covering at least 1,000 employees and a second covering at least 500 employees in the health sector with multi-site operation), evidence of professional liability insurance with specified minimum limits, an outage concept ensuring continuity of service if occupational physicians are unavailable, completion of the service quality documentation, and price documentation, among other compliance requirements.
