Neunkirchen District Youth Welfare Office – school transport services

Summary

This procurement concerns the provision of school transport services by the Kreisjugendamt Neunkirchen as part of the youth welfare services. It currently covers 19 children who are transported from the school to the care facility at midday and from the care facility to home in the afternoon. The number of transports may vary in the future and additional children from other schools and addresses may be included. Payment is only for actual travelled trips; holidays and other interruptions cannot be invoiced. With the invoice, a detailed list of trips (dates and trip totals) must be submitted. The contract starts on 01 January 2027 and ends on 31 December 2027, with the possibility of a one-year extension. The base price is paid per day, with an additional price per pupil per day; the total price covers the full route. If no pupil is transported, the base price does not apply. The contractor is responsible for route planning and must report the routes to the school and the youth welfare office. Current trips are described in the attached Excel sheet.
