Procurement of a Microplate Photometer

Summary

TU Berlin intends to procure, deliver and hand over a microplate photometer for absorption measurements in microplates for use in research and teaching. The device must meet minimum technical requirements, including measurement via monochromator or equivalent system, wavelength range 230–800 nm, wavelength accuracy ±2 nm, photometric range 0–3 OD, support for ANSI/SLAS 96-well format, multiple measurement modes (single/multi-wavelength, full spectral scans, kinetics, end-point, defined well ranges), temperature control from 5°C above ambient to at least 40°C, integrated shaking, and software for device control, method management, spectral and kinetic analysis, calibration-based concentration calculations, and data export in CSV/Excel. Interfaces USB and/or Ethernet, with required accessories, service, and a minimum 12-month warranty. Performance location is Technische Universität Berlin, Kaiserin-Augusta-Allee 14, 10553 Berlin. The contract will be awarded to the most economically advantageous tender, with price as the sole award criterion. Delivery/installation must occur within 10 weeks of order.
