Cleaning of drains and outfalls

Summary

The tender concerns the cleaning of drains (Rinnen) and outfalls (Abläufe) on federal (Bundesstraßen) and state (Landesstraßen) roads in the Stade district, commissioned by NLStBV Stade. The contract covers cleaning of drains and outfalls twice per year using a large suction sweeper (LP 15) with right/left intake and smaller sweepers where needed, with preliminary weed-brush pre-treatment. Quantities include 15,630 m of drains on federal roads and 1,762 m behind sidewalks, plus 17,999 m of drains on state roads and 3,310 m behind sidewalks; 424 outfalls on federal roads and 509 on state roads. Cleaning of pavements (Pflasterfläche) totals 386 m² on federal roads and 6,691 m² on state roads; mowing of grass areas (445 m²). Traffic safety measures must be provided (MVAS) and implemented per RSA regulations; works are callable by the road authority and the contract runs for one year (01.01.2027–31.12.2027). Waste shall be disposed of as chosen by the contractor; the price structure is based on unit-price items with potential additional calls if required by the road authority.
