The tender concerns two components: Module A – an impact analysis and congestion prognosis tool for planned construction measures, capable of simulating traffic effects and capacity changes; Module B – an AI-based prognostic tool for traffic data, using historical and real-time data to provide short-term forecasts. Both tools must be compatible with ROADS, integrate data sources (including real-time data), offer a user-friendly interface, ensure data protection and security, and include documentation, training, and deployment.
