Central workshop cleaning 2026–2030

Summary

This tender concerns the provision of cleaning services for Zentralwerkstatt Theley from 2026 to 2030. The contractor shall perform daily and periodic cleaning for offices, workshops, and the administrative building, as well as sanitation facilities and kitchens; includes weekly cleaning of offices and the 'Magazin' area; monthly, quarterly and annual deep cleaning tasks. All cleaning materials and equipment are to be supplied by the contractor, with proper waste disposal. Work is predominantly performed Monday to Friday from 12:00 to 15:00; deviations require written consent from the client. The contract duration is four years, with pricing expressed as EP (price per month, net) and GP = EP x 48 months.
