Electrical installation works in the new multifunction building in Schildau

Summary

The tender concerns electrical installation works for a new multifunction building in Schildau. The scope includes electrical installation and connections, including safety and emergency lighting, one converter, one low-voltage switchgear and distribution (NSHV+UV), one electrical distribution, approximately 5700 m of cabling routes and about 7000 m of installation cables, about 170 installation devices, around 100 electrical outlets, 122 ceiling- and wall-mounted lights, 14 sport hall lights, approximately 250 drilling or core drilling operations, one disabled-call system, one door intercom, one smoke extraction system with a weather station, one central security system (FIBS), one alarm and notification system, one 19-inch data cabinet with 15HE and a patch panel, 11 data sockets and measurements (Cat7 cable about 850 m). No planning services are required. The bid deadline is 15 October 2026; planned execution from 8 March 2027 to 8 October 2027. Submissions are to be made electronically via the evergabe platform.
