Summary

The procurement concerns energy-efficient renovation of Ganztagsschule Krögis (all-day school) including upgrading LED lighting (about 210 lamps), upgrading the KNX-based building management system (about 22 KNX actuators and inputs), upgrading emergency lighting (one central battery system and about 100 lighting/signage elements), upgrading the house alarm system (one central unit and around 67 peripheral devices), extending the clock system (about 10 interior clocks) and related demolition and construction works. No planning services are required. The works will take place at Ganztagsschule Krögis in Käbschütztal. The project is divided into a single lot. The bid submission deadline is 12 October 2026 at 13:00; the bid validity expires 11 November 2026. The works are planned to be completed by 25 November 2027; works may be carried out during the Christmas break to maximize usability. Bids must be submitted in writing in German; award criteria are defined in the tender documents; bid guarantee is 3%; payments follow the terms of VOB/B.
