Screed works

Summary

This tender concerns screed works for the Diakonie-Klinikum Stuttgart project. It includes special rules for execution deadlines under VHB214. The envisaged execution periods are: Angio-OP area start on 03 December 2026 and completion on 22 December 2026 (20 working days); MRT area start on 21 January 2028 and completion on 12 February 2028 (20 working days). The client reserves the right to order partial works by floor/component and to issue a separate performance call for each portion. Execution dates will be treated as contract dates, and the duration will follow the guidelines in 1.2 (expected execution periods).
