Site clearance and earthworks

Summary

This call for tenders concerns site clearance and earthworks (Baufeldfreimachung und Erdbau) in Germany (Hohensasel/Rantzau area). The scope includes removing topsoil (36,500 m²), excavating 28,500 m³, reusing 24,500 m³ on site, and removing 19,925 m³ off-site; also hill work (21,500 m³ dam, 6,500 m³ fill, 2,100 m³ water-structure stones); ramp and KBE retaining wall (46,500 m² geosynthetic reinforcement and 1,575 m² facing elements); 8,225 m of vibro-piles; 6,000 m² construction roads; 4,480 m² parking areas; 3,900 m² existing road; 4,000 m² replacement route; site setup, construction water, surveying and quality assurance. Estimated execution period: from week 46 of 2026 to week 44 of 2027.
