Summary

The tender concerns the general renovation works of Jahnsporthalle Stuttgart – Feuerbach focusing on screed works. The scope includes approximately 700 m2 floor slab waterproofing (polymer-bitumen), approximately 850 m2 cement screed in various thicknesses (40–70 mm) on insulation/impact sound insulation, approximately 350 m2 rapid cement screed (50–60 mm) on insulation, approximately 350 m2 wear-layer composite hard-material screed (approximately 15 mm), and approximately 200 m2 PU coating.
