Testing of portable electrical equipment

Summary

The tender concerns the recurring testing of portable electrical equipment according to DIN EN 50699 (VDE 0702):2021-06. The objective is to determine and document the proper and safe condition of equipment in use and to ensure its continued use. The scope covers about 12,800 items; tests will be conducted in office, laboratory, cleanroom and technical areas at IHP locations in Frankfurt (Oder), Berlin and Cottbus. The bidder must have proven experience and qualifications; provide at least five suitable references including client and contact details, period, scope and number of tested portable electrical equipment; deploy qualified personnel and ensure calibration of test equipment; prepare electronic test reports for each device; billing on actual testing; travel and accommodation costs to be included according to the price sheet; test period is November–December 2026; award criteria: price 80%, execution time 20%.
