Summary

The procurement is for one XY-theta nanopositioner comprising three vacuum motors (vertical, horizontal and rotary), a controller and control software. The device must operate at approximately 20 °C and in a vacuum of 1 × 10⁻⁶ mbar. The supplier must state the equipment price and delivery time from contract award; delivery is required by 31 December 2026, DAP Max-Born-Straße 2A, Berlin (Incoterms 2020). The supplier is not required to assemble, install, integrate or commission the hardware. The technical minimum requirements cover three separate piezo closed-loop motors for vertical, horizontal and rotational movement. The vertical motor must have a load capacity above 600 g, a travel range of at least 10 mm and a speed of up to 1 mm/s. The horizontal motor must have a load capacity of at least 500 g, a travel range of at least 40 mm and a speed of up to 10 mm/s. The rotary motor must have a load capacity of at least 400 g, a travel range of at least 40 mm and a speed of up to 180°/s. The tender documents set precise limits for the motors’ resolution, repeatability, dimensions, holding force or torque, lifetime and motion errors. Cables must be no longer than 150 mm inside the vacuum and 300 mm in air to the controller. LEMO connectors are preferred for vacuum feedthroughs; Sub-D connectors are an alternative. The controller and software must serve all three motors and include a Unix-based, operating-system-independent Python driver library and a Windows interface. The software must be available without time limits or licence, cloud or subscription fees, and communication must use USB 2.0, RS232 or LAN. Price is the sole award criterion (100%); the lowest-priced compliant bid wins. The bid must confirm compliance with all technical minimum requirements and acceptance that the bidder’s own terms and conditions will not apply. Bids must be submitted electronically in German using the prescribed forms.
