Summary

This tender concerns the exterior works for the Sayn multipurpose hall (Mehrzweckhalle Sayn), including exterior areas and open spaces. Bidders must demonstrate suitability under VOB/A either by prequalification or by submitting the Eigenerklärung zur Eignung with the required documents. If subcontractors are planned, their qualifications must be prequalified or proven with appropriate evidence; if not prequalified, the bid must include the necessary declarations and documents. If the bid reaches the shortlist, additional proofs (certificates, qualifications) may be required, with translations as needed. For orders above €30,000 the contracting authority may request an extract from the Gewerbezentralregister (§ 150a GewO).
