Summary

The tender concerns the restoration and refurbishment of mainly historic box windows in a historic building at Schwanthalerstrasse 80 in Munich. The works cover 38 windows, some single windows and newer window units, replacement with special insulating glass and renewed seals, repair of damaged timber, surface treatment and replacement of two entrance doors. The building is listed and the works will take place while it is in use or partly occupied.
