Introduction of software for unified management of the municipality’s IT environment devices

Summary

The tender concerns the introduction of software for unified management of the municipality’s IT environment devices, namely a Unified Endpoint Management solution. The solution must support central enrolment, inventory, distribution of configurations and applications, patch management, remote assistance, reporting and integration with identity services for Android mobile devices and Windows endpoints. It will initially be deployed to 100 devices and must ultimately be scalable to up to 600 devices in use and support at least 1,000 devices. The participation application deadline is 28 September 2026 at 13:00. Candidates will be selected based on qualification and up to three references from the last three years; approximately five bidders are expected to proceed and must submit a tender and give a live presentation. The winning tender will be selected on the basis of price, functionality, presentation and additional features.
