Emscher Beach at the Schwarzbach Mouth

Summary

The tender covers construction of an approximately 360 m² riverside beach area on the Emscher in Gelsenkirchen, opposite the Schwarzbach mouth. The works include placing approximately 130 m³ of soil, constructing around 85 linear metres of retaining walls and railings with drainage, building a 180 m² balcony, constructing approximately 125 m² of asphalt access paths, demolishing existing structures, installing a new fence, and carrying out landscaping, drainage, road, concrete and earthworks, including soil transport and disposal. Works must start on 26 November 2026 and be completed by 25 March 2027; the workshop plans are due by 8 December 2026.
