Furnishing corridor areas as multifunctional learning spaces

Summary

The contract covers the design, site measurement, production planning, manufacture, delivery and installation of bespoke furniture elements for corridor areas, corners and niches in Building 3 of Düsseldorf University of Applied Sciences. The aim is to create functional and high-quality learning and work zones for individuals, pairs and groups, suitable for both seated and standing use. Tenders must be submitted electronically only by 29 September 2026 at 10:00. The contract is not divided into lots and alternative tenders are not permitted. The requested delivery and installation period is December 2026 to February 2027; earlier completion is permitted. Detailed performance requirements are set out in the tender documents. Recognized workshops for persons with disabilities or persons who are blind, and comparable inclusion enterprises, may receive preference where their offer is equally economical: their price is assessed with a 15% deduction, provided that the value created by their employees exceeds 10% of the net value of the purchased goods.
