Adobe Creative Cloud licences

Summary

The procurement covers one-year Adobe Creative Cloud enterprise licences for the period from 3 November 2026 to 2 November 2027. The required subscription quantities are 43 Adobe Creative Cloud Enterprise All Apps, 5 Illustrator, 18 InDesign, 9 Photoshop, 4 Premiere Pro, 30 Acrobat Pro DC and 4 Acrobat Standard named-user licences. The licences must support multiple platforms and multiple European languages and will be used worldwide by GIZ employees based in Germany and employees temporarily working abroad, excluding locally hired national staff. The tender must be submitted electronically using the prescribed forms by 1 October 2026 at 12:00, with prices stated net in euros. The bidder must be an authorised Adobe product reseller and must have generated more than EUR 100,000 in annual revenue from the distribution of Adobe Creative Cloud licences in each of 2023, 2024 and 2025.
