VMD 4th construction phase, Lot 07: Roofing and insulation works

Summary

The tender covers securing roof areas, repairing roofs and sealing connections, renewing roof hatches and roof access points, cleaning gutters, inspecting safety anchors, removing and disposing of old insulation material, and insulating buildings in Leipzig at Dornbergerstr. 1–13, Elisabethstr. 9–11 and Hildegardstr. 18–28. The works include, among other items, securing 430 m of roof areas, 48 m of flat-roof edge protection, renewing 38 roof hatches and access points and 56 roof access points, insulating approximately 2,100 m² of the top-floor ceiling and 1,700 m² of basement ceilings. The execution period is 5 April 2027 to 19 November 2027. Bids must be submitted electronically by 8 October 2026 at 07:59; alternative bids are not allowed and a bid must cover the complete scope. The bidder must provide, among other things, turnover for the last three financial years, two comparable references, at least 10 employees for the entire execution period, evidence of professional competence and the required certificates, as well as the specified registration, insurance and tax documents.
