Summary

The tender concerns window and exterior door works for an existing Hamburg-Allermöhe youth center building, built in 1997, comprising three functionally connected sections. The scope includes the supply, installation and connection of window and exterior door elements, as well as measures to meet energy efficiency, acoustic performance, solar protection and fall protection requirements, and to reinforce openings and connections. The existing windows and exterior doors have already been removed; demolition and disposal are not part of the tender. For the new building section, the contract covers the supply and installation of windows, fixed glazing and exterior door elements with fittings, glazing in accordance with thermal, sound, solar protection and fall protection requirements, and securing joints, barrier-free thresholds and locking hardware; coordination with the project plan and other trades; provision of construction plans and opening measurements; and handover of maintenance documents.
