Tender detail
Marking pine stands on 74.40 hectares
Summary
The tender concerns the preparation of 74.40 hectares of pine forest in Brandenburg an der Havel for highly mechanised timber harvesting and felling operations. The work includes marking trees for thinning, planning the removal of approximately 40 solid cubic metres per hectare, protecting habitat trees, and marking existing forest lanes and new extraction routes. On three areas totalling 7.20 hectares, a fine-access system must be marked with 34-metre spacing, resulting in a 30-metre working block. The work may begin after contract award; 50% must be completed in 2026 and all work must be finished by 15 February 2027. The tender must be submitted electronically in German by 08 October 2026 at 10:00. Price is the only award criterion. Participation requires, among other things, proof of annual turnover of at least EUR 50,000, the required liability insurance, comparable experience, and forestry qualifications for the assigned personnel.
