Two analytical instruments

Summary

The procurement covers the purchase of two analytical instruments in two lots: a carbon and nitrogen elemental analyser with reactor, separation column, ash trap, autosampler and data management software, and a CO2-H2O analyser with multiplexer, sampling kit and data management software. A tender may be submitted for one or both lots; alternative tenders are not permitted. The equipment must be delivered, installed, adjusted and commissioned, and on-site instruction in German must be provided for at least two employees of the contracting authority. The bidder must confirm compliance with the technical minimum requirements and submit product data sheets, conformity evidence and the required declarations.
