Summary

The tender concerns the implementation of a new radiology information system for Diakonie Kliniken Bad Kreuznach. The solution must include standard software and integration modules, legacy-data migration, project management, installation and implementation, training, and maintenance and support. The system must initially connect to the existing i.s.h.med system and later to the Dedalus/Orbis environment. The procurement is not divided into lots and uses a participation stage followed by negotiations. The bidder must have annual net turnover of at least EUR 0.75 million from comparable services in each of the last three financial years, at least 3 comparable references from the last 3 years, compliant liability insurance, personnel with German language skills at C1 level, and valid ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 or equivalent certifications. Between 3 and 5 companies will be shortlisted. Tenders will be evaluated on price, fulfilment of the specification, the solution concept and the workflow presentation, weighted 50%, 20%, 15% and 15% respectively.
