Renovation of the Former Cemetery on Gotlindestraße – Cemetery Wall Renovation

Summary

The tender concerns the renovation or replacement of the heavily damaged wall at the former cemetery on Gotlindestraße in Berlin and the restoration of the historic metal fence. The works cover approximately 250 m of wall with a height of 2 m, 44 pillars, 40 retaining-wall fields and 78 metal fence elements. Lot 1 requires demolition of the existing unstable structure and construction of a stable replacement wall adapted to the heritage appearance. Lot 2 concerns restoration of the 1950s fence arrangement, including partial remanufacture where necessary, a new access gate and replacement of existing gates.
