Summary

The tender concerns the supply of a Dynamic Light Scattering measurement system for IUTA’s analytical work. The system must measure particle size, polydispersity and stability and be suitable for analysing proteins, viruses, liposomes, nanoparticles and biological suspensions. Key requirements include a range of 0.3 nm to 10 µm, multi-angle detection, mass measurement from 1,000 Da to 20 MDa, repeatability of ±2%, zeta-potential measurement from -1,000 to +1,000 mV, and the specified software, accessories and computer. The bidder must install and commission the device in Duisburg and provide approximately one day of on-site training for three employees.
