Provision of Atlassian Jira Cloud Licenses Including Marketplace Apps

Summary

The tender covers the supply of Atlassian Service Collection Cloud Premium and Jira Cloud Premium licenses, together with two Marketplace apps, for Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences. The Service Collection tier is 301–400 users, the Jira Cloud tier is 201–300 users, and the core products have a 24-month term. The bidder must be an Atlassian Platinum Solution Partner or provide equivalent evidence, submit three comparable references from the previous three years, and describe its process for ordering, registering, renewing and invoicing the licenses. The bid must include a complete price structure, all discounts and credits, net and gross prices, license tiers, subscription start and end dates, and the required manufacturer terms. Available academic and migration discounts must be reflected in the price. Usage overruns may not be activated or invoiced without the contracting authority’s written approval. The bidder must provide a German-speaking contact person and state the response time. Migration, configuration and technical implementation of the existing Jira Data Center system are outside the scope of the tender.
