Barrier-free upgrade of the Putzkau School bus stop

Summary

The tender covers the barrier-free redevelopment of the Putzkau School bus stop. The works include approximately 95 m³ of earthworks, 85 m³ of frost protection layer, removal and construction of asphalt surfaces, installation of kerbs and concrete paving, approximately 45 m² of tactile paving, construction of a retaining wall and installation of approximately 38 m of stainless-steel railing. No design services are required and the contract is not divided into lots. The works must be carried out from 16 November 2026 to 28 May 2027. The bid must be submitted in paper form in German by 30 September 2026 at 10:00. Variants and multiple main bids are not permitted, and price is the only award criterion. The performance security is 5% of the contract value, while the security for defect claims is 3% of the interim-payment total calculated at acceptance.
