Summary

The tender concerns the supply, installation, configuration and support of software for screening business partners, employees, students and other records against sanctions lists. The solution must support synchronous screening in the SAP S/4HANA ERP/HCM environment, asynchronous and batch screening for the SAP SLCM system, ad hoc checks and screening of non-SAP systems. It must support the listed EU, UN and US sanctions lists, interfaces such as web services and CSV, hit management, blacklists and whitelists, reporting, audit trails, workflows, testing, data migration, documentation, training and at least four weeks of post-go-live support. The planned contract period is 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2030, with an option to extend by one year; the system is expected to be live by the end of Q2 2027. The tender deadline is 28 September 2026.
