Summary

The tender concerns the supply, installation, commissioning and training for a locally hosted, server-based environmental monitoring system for the laboratory area of the Carl Gustav Carus University Hospital in Dresden. The system must continuously monitor and document temperature and humidity in laboratory rooms and equipment, provide alarms, audit trails, long-term archiving and regulatory-compliant data integrity, and support optional CO2 and other sensor inputs. The scope includes the central system, data loggers, sensors, calibration certificates, software, help-desk service, installation, commissioning, documentation and at least three on-site visits. Initial monitoring of the specified refrigeration equipment must be installed and commissioned by calendar week 49 of 2026; overall contract completion is due in calendar week 13 of 2027. Offers must be submitted electronically by 22 September 2026 at 10:00. Only one main offer is permitted and alternative offers are not accepted.
