Eddy-Covariance Measurement System
Summary
The tender concerns the supply of an Eddy-Covariance measurement system for determining carbon dioxide and methane balances in a managed coastal peatland as part of the PaludiLab project. The system must be compatible with the Paludi-Net greenhouse-gas monitoring network and include methane, carbon dioxide and water analysers, a 3D anemometer, data loggers, data-processing software, tripod, meteorological and biomet sensors, radiation and precipitation sensors, soil heat-flow, soil moisture and soil-temperature sensors, a camera, power backup and the required cables, mounts and installation accessories. The supplier must explain in the tender how the 10 Hz methane data will be precisely time-synchronised with the wind data, including the hardware and protocols used. Delivery is to Universität Rostock in Rostock, Germany. Offers must be submitted electronically in German by 18 September 2026 at 12:00; bidder questions are due by 11 September 2026. After all minimum requirements are met, offers are evaluated using the award matrix, including remote system monitoring weighted at 40 percent.
