Summary

The tender concerns a 36-month framework agreement for approximately 120 Grafana Enterprise user subscription licences, including manufacturer support, updates and upgrades. The solution must consolidate monitoring data from three existing PRTG Core servers into scalable, role-based dashboards and support access control, auditability and integration with SSO, SAML, LDAP or Active Directory. The contract also includes an initial one-day, 8-hour training session and approximately 12 consulting days of 8 hours per year. The estimated quantities are not minimum purchase obligations.
